The Bayshore Homeowners Association encourages all our neighbors to call the MIA Noise Line          
when loud plans fly overhead.  The information is tracked by the FAA and used to adjust plane routes.

SUMMARY:  BIG BREAKTHROUGH!  City to pay for drainage
solution on Prairie Ave.  School can start all Prairie Ave road
improvements soon.  Drainage project in works and to be
completed in October 2008.

SUMMARY:  Complaint filed in District Court by BHOA asking
the court for injunctive relief from the City's plan take over of
the second hole.  We are asking the court to force the City to
honor it's agreement made with the community in 1995.

SUMMARY:  60% level.  Construction schedule currently
slated from March 2008- February 2011.  More traffic

Complaint Filed for Par 3 Restoration
On December 4th, the attorney hired by the BHOA
filed a complaint in court stating that the City has not
honored it's obligation to restore the Par 3.  See more
details under "Bayshore Par 3".
